We were commissioned to perform a full-home textile refresh for a luxury residence in Santa Monica. The goal was to remove the accumulation of coastal particulates—specifically fine beach sand and salt-air dust—from both the high-traffic carpeting and a signature entryway bench.

• Specialized Bench Cleaning: We carefully analyzed the bench’s textile composition to select a non-residue cleaner that lifted stains without affecting the fabric's integrity or color.
• Coastal Climate Protection: Our process focused on moisture control, ensuring that carpets were dried efficiently to prevent the humidity-related issues often found in beachside properties.

The Result

The carpets were returned to a plush, like-new condition, and the entryway bench—now free of stubborn stains and dust—once again serves as a welcoming centerpiece for the home. By removing abrasive environmental particulates, we’ve effectively extended the lifespan of these valuable household textiles.
