Let me start by saying that I had been spoiled. I had had the same wonderful cleaning person for almost 15 years. Unfortunately she retired. After that the search began. I went through several “cleaning crews” that showed up when they felt like it or just came chronically late with no phone call letting me know. Others wanted to nickel and dime for any request I made. Then I was referred to Vladimir and Alicia. I could not be happier. They are fantastic! If they say they will be at your house at 9:00 they are there at 9:00. They are very professional, do great work, and if you ask them to pay special attention to an area they are happy to do it. I’m usually not big on doing reviews however after my experience with this carpet cleaning company I was really left with no choice but to leave one so here it goes, I stay in a 3 bedroom apartment with 5 kids 3 under the age of 5 and so my carpets have endured extreme damage from food , juice and marker and due to prior obligations I was unable to stay home while they went to work on my floors and my oldest child was home but sleeping so I had no choice but to wait until they were gone and finished with the task at hand lol but anyway I eventually got home and was literally blown away because pretty much every stain had been lifted and I forgot to mention that I also have a area rug that I been contemplating throwing away for the past 6 months because it was so dirty I thought why not pay the $220 to buy a new one because it was no point in keeping a dingy one weeeelll I’m glad I didn’t because it looks pretty darn new to me now but wait there’s more ……I had dishes in my sink that I didn’t get the chance to clean up before leaving this morning and would you freaking believe it if I told you my dishes and sink had been wiped clean and neatly stacked to dry!!! Now I’m not saying this service will be included for anyone else because who knows buuutttt what I know is my experience and I don’t want anyone else moving forward I found my guys and I’m sticking to them :)

The Science of Sub-Surface Pet Urine Destruction
When a pet urinates on a carpet, the liquid does not simply sit on the surface fibers. It immediately targets gravity, bleeding deep down through the primary carpet pile, dissolving the backing adhesive, and completely saturating the porous underlayer foam pad beneath. As the liquid evaporates, the urine transforms into highly concentrated, alkaline uric acid salt crystals.
Standard grocery store deodorizers or simple surface steam cleaning cannot break these structural salts down. They only mask the smell temporarily until a humid day reactivates the salt crystals, releasing toxic ammonia gas back into your indoor living environment.
Our 4-Stage Molecular Decontamination Protocol
- UV Blacklight Mapping: We inspect the entire room perimeter using high-intensity ultraviolet blacklights to accurately map hidden, dried uric acid deposits that are invisible to the naked eye.

Cat and dog pee contains highly acidic content when fresh, which rapidly transitions into a strong alkaline solution over time. This chemical shift can permanently alter or strip the chemical dyes out of nylon or wool fibers, creating a permanent yellow shade.
